DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.1 Fumbo Manufacture Limited offers comprehensive delivery services across Kenya to ensure your school uniform orders reach you safely and on time. Our delivery options are designed to accommodate both individual customers and institutional bulk orders.

1.2 We operate two primary delivery models:

• School Marketplace Delivery: Free delivery to partner schools for student collection
• Direct Home/Address Delivery: Delivery to customer-specified locations

1.3 All deliveries include tracking services and notification updates to ensure transparency throughout the delivery process.

2.1 Orders placed through our school partnership program are delivered directly to the school premises at no additional charge to parents or students.

2.2 Delivery Schedule:

• Standard processing and delivery: 3-7 business days
• Bulk orders: 5-10 business days depending on quantity
• Custom items: 7-14 business days including production time

2.3 Collection Process:

• Parents and students receive SMS notification when items arrive at school
• Collection available during school hours as determined by school administration
• Student identification or parent authorization required for collection
• Items not collected within 30 days may be returned to our facility

3.1 Direct delivery to homes, offices, or specified addresses is available for customers who prefer not to use school collection services.

3.2 Delivery Charges (within Kenya):

• Nairobi Metropolitan Area: KSH 200
• Major towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret): KSH 300
• Other locations nationwide: KSH 400-600 (calculated at checkout)
• FREE delivery on orders over KSH 3,000 (standard delivery only)

3.3 Express Delivery Options:

• Next business day delivery: KSH 600 (Nairobi only)
• Same-day delivery: KSH 1,000 (select Nairobi areas, orders placed before 12:00 PM)

4.1 We provide delivery services nationwide across Kenya. Delivery charges and timelines vary based on location and distance from our fulfillment center.

4.2 Primary Coverage Areas:

• Nairobi Metropolitan: Nairobi County, Kiambu County, Machakos County
• Coast Region: Mombasa, Malindi, Kilifi, Kwale
• Western Region: Kisumu, Eldoret, Kakamega, Bungoma
• Central Region: Nakuru, Nyeri, Meru, Embu
• Other Counties: Available on request with potential additional charges

4.3 Remote and rural areas may experience extended delivery times and additional charges due to logistics challenges and distance from major transport routes.

5.1 Address Requirements for Direct Delivery:

• Complete physical address including building name/number, street, area, and town
• Clear landmarks or directions for easy location
• Working mobile phone number for delivery coordination
• Alternative contact person (recommended for institutional deliveries)

5.2 Delivery Reception:

• Someone must be available to receive the package during delivery hours (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
• Valid identification may be required for package handover
• Signature confirmation required for all deliveries
• Packages cannot be left unattended unless specifically requested and at customer's risk

5.3 Undelivered packages will be returned to our facility. Re-delivery attempts incur additional charges equal to the original delivery fee.

6.1 Delivery timeframes are estimates based on normal operating conditions. Fumbo is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control including weather, natural disasters, transport strikes, or government restrictions.

6.2 Excluded Delivery Locations:

• PO Box addresses (physical address required)
• Military installations or restricted areas
• Areas deemed unsafe by our delivery partners
• Islands or locations requiring air transport (special arrangements needed)

6.3 Risk Transfer: Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery and receipt confirmation. Customers should inspect packages immediately and report any damage within 24 hours.
